Based on Five Elements Medicine, the Adventure and Growth medicinal herbal soak balances the Wood Element.
This herbal salt soak features mint and vanilla essential oils, the Chinese herb bohe (mint) and green calcite.
Adventure and Growth treats the Chinese Medicine Liver and Gallbladder conditions.
It helps to assist in finding a healthy balance between work and play.
The Wood Element is associated with wind- the agent of change to blow away the old and bring in the new.
Wood is flexible, yielding, durable and strong. It is the energy of branches reaching up for the light, while the roots reach down into the dark earth.
Imbalances with the Wood Element can manifest as irritability, mood swings, anger, feeling of depression, moon cycle irregularies and PMS, throbbing headaches, issues with fingers and toe nails, tension, inflexible, an inability to bend both emotionally and physically, overcommitting by doing all the time, gas constipation, hiccups and belching, a feeling of stuckness, indecisive, aimless, timid, a lack of sense of self, muscle spasms and numbness, and weak or blurry vision.
